Koreans have been called the "Irish of the Orient" because of similar oppression by a neighboring power and they like the Irish love to drink, dance, sing, and fight, also very spiritual.

Proud to say, some of my ancestors come from county Mayo, and every time my house has a family game night, the whiskey and the songs come out to play.

I can imagine walking into that pub and being greeted with this gentleman singing this brilliant song? The sense of community, the closeness with others can really revive one’s flagging spirits.

More than a workingman's voice... or maybe the voice every working man wishes he had!

FlatlandMando Or a voice of a man who sings a lot. Even if you had a bad voice couple of years of training will give you a decent or even excellent voice.

@Star Gazer are you thick in the head? Irish republican, born and bred during the troubles on the falls Road in West Belfast, went to a meanscoil and was educated in Gaelige. Keep it shut boy 😂 you're acting worse than a West brit 😂 I'm also a member of the Erin go Bragh CSC, let's have a chat at our next home game boy. 🍀

I’ve been to Ireland 3 times, my daughter did Irish dancing and we went to internationals there. And later my older daughter went to college there. Visited many pubs, and stayed in bed and breakfasts. What warm and lovely people. This gentleman makes me want to go back for my fourth.☘️🍀

Proud to be Irish.
