Came to Austin a week ago for the UF/UTex game, and managed to come by the restaurant for lunch Friday. Even the stodgy old guys were blown away! Watching you guys and Brad have really inspired me to try new things and bbq more. Also, I guess Evan was out of town, because the crew was blasting Tom Petty and the Gator band the whole time.

I love Higgins butchers. My go to when I stay there. Got a beautiful 100 day dry aged ny strip on my last visit. Ultimate funky perfection. Thanks for another great vid. I’ve just loved this series. Gutted I missed coming to see you in London. Work screwed that for me.
