@@sheepshepherd - I hope you force your dad to read all the positive comments - his head might explode from "all this to hell with KZbin nonsense from all over the world" lol I hope you can arrange a journalist/longer pro/structured interview - it will be an amazing historical insight and very educational for so many new and current farmers and non farmers - we are all slowly getting removed from the reality of family farming and what goes into farming - let alone what your dad has put in to farming over his and his dads time. It will a great history for yourself and hopefully generations after you - not many can say they have their great great granddad on recording telling his and the farms story. Your dad is truly a huge asset to your channel - especially with subtitles - lol - truly a channel that deserves much more attention/subscribers. Ya he could have represented ireland on many occasions but he couldn't travel as the father would not allow him. Things were different back in the past. He lived through a lot of different era's. Thanks so much for the comment. Keep them coming

Hello . Great to hear you are from Canada, a lot of Irish moved to Canada the time of the famine and they still are going there. I was there 3 years ago, I absolutely loved it. Ye have a super country, so big compared to Ireland. Thanks so much for the comment. Keep them coming, great for growing the channel 👍👍👍
