IrishMusicAcademy would you please help me get connected to your 50 song challenge? Whatever I'm doing to download and print the pieces plus lessons isn't working-- maybe I have to try on my computer instead of phone--- don't know.

I have just become interested in ITM, and despite having played guitar for some years I am struggling with playing ITM. Partly because of the unusual rhythm and partly because the chords I assume will fit often don't quite sound right. Hopefully I shall get there with such help as this. Thank you.

The verse bit uses the chords D, C, G and Am while the chorus part is based around D, G and A (major this time instead of minor), from what I can figure out from Planxty's recording of it anyway. Pierre Bensusan does a nice rendition of it fingerstyle.
