I'm from the US. A couple of years ago, I had a band director who was from Australia. After every concert, his wife (who was also Australian) would back Anzac cookies for us. They were soooooo good. I normally hate oats in my cookies, but these were phenomenal. They moved back to Australia at the end of the semester. I haven't had Anzac biscuits since. I would love to make them but I don't think I could do as good of a job.

They were using enough on one small piece of bread to make a whole pan of gravy with the pan dripping from a roast some flour and liquid of choice. As a South African. I used to swim squad in primary school. We trained 3 days a week in the morning from like 6 to after 7.
