Having done this - I think Ciara may be able to handle the actual challenge (all nuts, chew for a set amount of time...etc). The whole secret of getting through these is to get past the pain - understanding that nothing is actually wrong. Her little pep talk was one of the best things I've seen in a good long while. Also, the endorphin rush that you get from superhots is very real.

Dear Eadoin there is something you should know and pass on to Davey. Capsasin ( the stuff that makes peppers hot ) mixes in water NOT fat therefore if you guzzle water while eating hot peppers what you get is a way to make sure the heat spreads all over your mouth and stays for a longer time. If you drink milk or consume ice cream the fat in the milk actuall helps contain the capsasin and lets it go into your digestive system where you feel it less .
