With the exception of sugar. Overly sweet stuff is the one thing Ciara hates (just look at the Connecticut soda video, or her comments on Grenadine from her channel). Caffeine also has a powerful effect, but it's more that it makes her very hyper than it is actually unpleasant.

The pairings in this video were absolutely perfect! Seamus and Ciara tasting and deconstructing the flavors; Paddy and Donal having a slight freak out, but easing off and being their charming, entertaining selves; then Justine and Callyann completely open, expressive and feeding off of each other. Stoli Jalapeno makes for a passable spicy bloody Mary. It clashes a bit with the celery salt, use chili powder or paprika instead. You can add it to a margarita, but there are peppered tequilas available that would be a much better choice. Can't think of any names off the top of my head, most of the ones I've tried were in Mexico. And yes, spicy margaritas are amazing.

I haven't tried any if these but they all sound pretty good. As for cocktails my brain goes to mixing with lime & or margarita mix, and mezcal for a spicy chili pepper take on a margarita. Also they might make for an interesting twist to a moscow mule. Lime and gingerbeer (especially a spicy gingerbeer) would probably work fairly well. They also might work well with a smokey scotch as chili and smoke is a good flavor combination.

The Ancho Reyes is fantastic as a cocktail mixed with a very smokey mezcal and some lime juice and a splash of sparkling water. I had a few the last time I was in El Paso and had a blast that night.

You asked what the spicy vodkas are for and most tell you they are good for Bloody Mary’s, and they are. I make my own pepper infused vodka that would put hair on even Ciara’s back, and the best cocktail for it that I’ve found (so far) is a Greyhound. If you can get fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, mix it with your peppered vodka and you now have a Hot Chihuahua. You’re welcome.

I recently bought the Ancho Reyes Verde because of this video. Delicious, but a little spicy on it's own. But the margarita recipe on the bottle, oh my, it's good. I made it with 1800 Silver, lime juice and agave nectar. Wow.
