Ireland has NO employment pass that you can order online, unfortunately. So that is a scam. You’ll need a valid work visa.

For VFS, not yet. You need the POLO verified contract for your OEC application to POEA. I recommend to start start processing POLO as early as possible :)

Hey there! Usually even before they give you an offer, they already know that you’ll need to process visa. It depends tho if they are doing it themselves or getting an immigration company. For me, I think a week after I got my offer (that’s with an immigration company).

The permit will be sent to your Irish employer and your employer will ship it to you in the Philippines. That work permit is one of the requirements to apply for the entry visa to Ireland. Good luck!
