You are so gentle and calm. You might actually help me overcome my fear of chiropractors. My mom took to me to a chiropractor when I was a child. Some of the things he did were quite painful and actually scary. You are so gentle and caring, I can't believe you would hurt anyone. I feel safe with you. I usually can't tolerate back cracking sounds, but these ones seem somehow more gentle. My back does get sore after a hard day of work. My back is strong though. I have been able to lift crazy heavy things without injury. Partly because my back muscles have strengthened from decades of hard work and party because I am careful to avoid having an unbalanced load on my spine or twisting it as I lift. Posture is also quite important. I have nobody to help me care for my back after a hard day, but coming home and watching this video is the next best thing. Thank you Irma. Thank you. Thank you. Alexander, you have to find a spa somewhere near you & get yourself a deep tissue back massage. You do a lot of manual labor & I’m sure your back will thank you for a treatment. I understand the chiropractor thing is not something you like, but perhaps a acupressure only (with trigger point therapy) could benefit you. It’s good that you know how to prevent injury. I’m happy you were able to enjoy this one. I hope it at least held to relax back tension. But still, go get a real treatment--doctor’s orders 😂🙏♥️ 🐼🤗 panda hugs

@@BeFunnyButKind thx, kind person! From what I understand ear candling is not actually an effective technique but Emma did one about eight years ago and to this day it’s a favorite. Another area I like is unintentional ASMR with faith healers. The more audacity they have some more soothing they usually are. I know Irma is a trained actress so maybe she could portray a real life Con artist of some sort. Dem edibles got my imaginary juices flowing rn, lol.
