I typically don’t watch positive affirmation videos because they tend to make me feel worse, I just “disagree” and further cement those negative thoughts. You helped me to feel *welcome* and *allowed* to let go of those feelings in my own time and ability, instead of saying what I would just firmly deny. I can relate to what you’re saying here. I was raised with lots of verbal abuse and it took me years to get rid of the voice in my head that would belittle and criticize me. Healing is possible dear, we are all workable. The mind is flexible like plastic, literally the brain is referred to as “Neuro plasticity”. If you had a break through like this, then keep going 🙏 that means slowly you can reach a point where you start giving yourself affirmations and believing in them. Having worked fire/ems/911 I found ASMR as a way to calm myself & worries. I don’t necessarily get the tingles other’s experience but I do do get into an almost meditative state if that makes sense. As if I was truly there with you in that room. Closing my eyes & letting all my worries & stress slowly drain from my body. I feel like this helps me center my soul, energy or whatever you want to call it. So thank you for helping me to continue to be mentally be able to help others in my career. ♥️♥️. That high level of stress can truly drain a person. It’s important to find something to help power up your soul/energy.

Hi, my name is Mahak and I’m new here! 🌟 I’ve explored dozens of ASMR artists over the past year, and I have to say, your background visuals for Reiki sessions are absolutely stunning-perfect for winding down before sleep. This video is hands down the best I’ve found so far! Though, I must admit, the textured meditation part wasn’t quite my cup of tea. Sudden sounds tend to disrupt my sleep. If possible, could you consider making another separate video with Reiki affirmations, chord cutting, and intense connection, but without the textured meditation part? 🙏 I wouldn’t stop replaying that every night!
