I had wondered how this could work, but as an empath who loves asmr and reiki, I certainly connected with your energy. I'd went to bed anxious and sad, then I found you. At one point, with my eyes closed I could see an almost dark blue with stars and sparkling. I've just awoke 6.30am and I had a lovely dream about someone I really care about. My heart warms each time I'm notified that you've shared a new video. What I loved especially about this one is how genuine and in the moment it is. When you at first skipped over the heart chakra and then went back to get it, I was just beaming. "Can't forget the heart!" Absolutely! Thank you for sharing your authentic self and your guidance. I have recently found your videos and find them incredibly helpful - thank you. I have been attempting to work out some kind of LONG standing under the left rib cage/spine soreness that is always bound up with old, stuck emotion that I have no idea what it is or where from. It gets better and worse at times and today - hearing this video again - I was aware of amazing “un peeling” of the energy - a resolution - more work is needed - this is a huge step. Thank you.
