It happening to me too. I don't think it's the battery as the problem appears randomly. Sometimes, after it goes into error 10-15 times in a row (stopping after 6 beeps), it happens that if I turn it back on and restart the washing operation, it starts working again without problems. If there were problems with the battery charging it should not be able to resume work properly.

It is because the battery is low, so it just charge it on the charging dock

How did you get it to stay on long enough to run the battery down after the 12hr charge with the cable?

So I did some research and it looks your battery is bad. I'm having the same issue with mine. It's a shame because I too have low use on my Braava and I'm experiencing these issues. They must be using a cheap battery pack.

its probably a bit late now. But a Nimh battery (original 380/390 bat) goes often into dormant mode. This requires you to charge the battery fully and then discharge it (multiple times). You can either buy a new battery. charge the old with a fancy charger slowly then discharge it fast repeatedly or you can simply use the robot til its empty and charge again repeat multiple times. The manual mentions the last one, fully charge it for over 12 hrs not using the cradle but the plug. Then you need to use the robot til its empty and charge it again. Repeat this process multiple times. It worked for me to a certain extent.

@@Nnx1ful well this doesn't work, because after over 12h charging with charger directly, I am unable to "fully use the robot until it's empty" - it works for a while (5 minutes or so) and then beeps and stops; I could maybe "fully discharge" it with a lot of manual work by turning on again and again but that's a lot of work... how to discharge this battery without doing this over and over?

Hi Ricardo, sorry for the late answer, I need change the battery for solve the problem; in my case I don't use so much this robot, this is always plugged to wall and the battery is dead in few months.

@MrFCoal same happened to me, I don't use it so much and it's always plugged in. I think I I'll have to leave without charging until I need it
