I never saw one work before and how it worked. I like the idea of it moving up and down in a straight line instead of bouncing off the ways and go in any direction. Sounds like it would be something to invest in. Enjoyed the video.

You should’ve put dog hair in front of it. Literally I had dog hair everywhere so I decided to use this vacuum and it took forever because it kept going over it repeatedly and finally after it dying and then me recharging it and it dying and me recharging it, eventually everything was picked up.The 980 has better section but it is louder so I think I’m going in that direction.

I just checked Amazon AND THIS MODEL (960) renewed is at 349, brand new its 449 u must be talking about a model other than 960

Video is good but unfortunately it didn’t show dirty carpets. I purchased this and I have dog hair and what it is is it grabbed it and put it in rolls. So I went upstairs and my carpet was full of these fur balls. So I had to run the robot again. And again. And again. It eventually cleaned it all up but it took it to die after the 75 minutes for me to recharge it and do that all over again. It does great for picking up dust bunnies and dirt. And it will eventually pick up the dog hair. But that part takes way too long so I will get a 980. I would hope that the 980 will catch it in one sweep because the 960 just went right over it. Booo
