So my i5+ combo kept dropping connection. I also have a toddler so I had the button lock on. I could not disable the lock and could not connect so I factory reset but with my robot not connected to the network it didn’t actually reset. And now I have no robot on my app and can’t reconnect my robot to the WiFi because my button lock is still enabled apparently. Any tips?

@@erikaanaya8311 oh no ... not sure if taking it off electricity will do the trick? Then it will go off and back on once charged. Not sure. That would be my last resort.
