My J7+ (two months old) has stopped avoiding things and no longer shows me obstacle photos. I have gone to the map and reset obstacle sensing with no luck so I did a factory reset with no luck. It's like the camera is not working. Do you have any ideas I can try?

We just bought the 980. Does well on wood floors, tile and carpets. Unfortunately it seems to want to chew up expensive oriental rug edges and gets hung up on rugs with fringes. It can't seem to find its way out of our laundry room closet where we trying to put its home base.

Clean floors with the push of a button.....on your Shark Navigator upright vacuum. We got a roomba i3+ on an online black friday sale.....it was still stupid expensive. After only two hours, it managed to tour our kitchen and living room, about 350 square foot. It left tightly wound matted pet hair behind. After it worked the kitchen, I broom swept a small pile of dirt. Oh yeah, it threw about a million error codes. In the same night we ppened it up and tried it out, we had technical support on the phone helping with the many error codes. Bottom line is this is a vacuum that doesn't vacuum.

0:25 instead using another carpet image and a mask to hide that Roomba didn't completely clean the dust, you could be honest and let some left behind after Roomba pass by. Or you could hire someone who is good VFX. That's just too recognizable.

The Roomba 965 makes a lot of noise. With our previous vacuum cleaner you could still read and work in the same room. It makes as much noise as a real vacuum cleaner. If your wifi doesn't cover one floor properly, you're unlucky. When vacuuming, he doesn't 'look' like other robots, but 'feels' his surroundings by literally colliding with everything. There is only one brush at the front instead of 2. After 2 months of use, the brush is already broken. When following the repair procedure it turns out that you need a special screwdriver. The app is then again super handy and well made. Also a very nice design: looks good. The charging station is a bit rickety, but it does manage to ride it every time. The previous vacuum cleaner robot wasn't as good at it. A lot of things that could be done better. In a way it is both a step forward and a step backwards compared to an earlier model of 3 years old. You better pay 100eur more for a better model.
