I think shaw represents the best example of competitiveness and sportsmanship. The guy goes hard as hell, but will also cheer on the other dude. Like nick best. For his size he’s surprisingly fast. He’s done insane numbers on yokes and such. He needs more work on stones and loading, and just general technical work, but he proved with this show that he’s more than a static lifter: he’s a full blown strongman
