Sheridan needs to go. He can't figure out how to use the talent he has. Also bad in-game play caller. Bi-polar from game to game. This is his first real OC job. Bama should never be where someone gets their first experience.

Nick is the worst play caller in college football at this level - clearly a level that is over his head. Terrible “plan” and NO in game adjustments - just keep calling the same plays that defenses are clearly able to stop. Nothing clever - no creativity - just stick to the “plan” and hope for the best. Bullshit coaching.

Sheridan was supposed to be TE coach,Grubb was supposed to be OC. Once Grubb took Seattle job DeBoer was lost he didn't know who to go get so he went with Sheridan a failed OC at Indiana...plus this staff except for a couple of Nick's coaches didn't have a clue how hard the SEC is and are getting a rude awakening...this season was done before it began...
