Iron Farm Transformation | Minecraft Let's Play Ep.4

In this Minecraft Let's Play episode, it is time to upgrade the afk iron farm by building a castle like enclosure for it, but not before some unexpected surprises while gathering materials. So many people leave this design of iron farm as is when it could instead be transformed into something amazing. Today's upgrade will help integrate the iron farm in better with the base and hopefully give you some inspiration on how to fix up your own existing iron farm and transform it into better fit in with your minecraft world.

Looks great Emmy, deepslate and mangrove really were made for each other, weren't they? The farm's an awesome design, kind of a fantasy asian-ish vibe, and I noticed some really nice texturing with dark grey blocks around the base. I think the warm orange of the shroomlights looks great with the black and red colours as well, especially with shaders.

Deepslate and a mangrove build palette can’t be beat. Beautiful iron farm design. When you went into the desert temple and immediately went down without lighting it up I’m like oh no! Sure enough, got to love the surprise creeper guest 😂

I was just so excited that i found a desert temple apparently the logical side of my brain (if it does in fact exist?) shut off 😆 I'm just glad it wasn't super far away from home! Thank you for the kind comments Callie ❤

I saw the creeper when you entered the temple and I was screaming at my iPad, ‘look out for the creeper’! Beautiful build, keep up the good work! I won’t give you any names for the cat or horse cause I’m a bit late so I assume you have names for them already! We have the same cat, black cats are my favourite ❤️

Oof that creeper hurts, especially after last episode. But, at least none of your stuff fell on that pressure plate! The iron farm build looks incredible. It does look a bit like a bad guy's lair LOL! Another great episode!!😃

That creeper was playing dirty - I never saw him and he totally blind sided me. Every time I go into a desert temple now i think about it and definitely scope the area out more. What rotten luck that was... but it was still funny lol Definitely have to laugh at myself for that one!

It took me a minute to understand what happened. I seriously remember hearing what i thought was a spider hiss as i started digging down but now i'm wondering if that was a crispy creeper sizzle... It was definitely a shock!

So... can't go into the nether without dying, and now in the overworld too. Maybe the portal is corrupting the overworld and causing unfortunate incidents. Or youre just prone to too many accidents lol. Either way, nice iron farm, love the gradient and the savanagh villagers' coats go great with the whole buildings theme.

Did you seriously see Mr BoomBoom? I never could find him and someone else commented they did... and even then it took me like 3 more times to find him! He had no problem finding me though, that's for sure -_-

Emmy just out of interest how long does it take to edit one of your videos to this standard?

Thats actually a little tough to answer with anything precise. The way I work is that i record throughout the week (after work) and edit as i go. If i let too much video collect it becomes overwhelming and then i ignore it and videos don't get done 😖 I definitely spend more time than i should on the weekends recording and editing. So pretty much its generally throughout the course of the entire week. I don't know if that helps. I hope it does?
