Interesting I've got 2 pair sitting in my band bin used only a few times but I have X3. Bought they for a ridiculous sale when they first came out. Saw some really bad amazon reviews of them snapping on people so was afraid to use them. Going to start messing with them now thanks!

How do the X3 bands compare to these?

@@guidohlizzi06 X3 have better force curve & higher quality. I got an early batch of iron ifidel maybe they are better now

If you could choose one size and only ONE size for your whole body which would you choose?

Great question. I guess I would say the "dark flat earth" band. That would be a good overall band. Or the step down from that one. It would be between those two for me.
