Iron Infusion 2nd Dose, My Experience!

I'll have tomorrow my first Venofer infusion and I'm a bit little nervous. My hamoglobin is 12.1 but my ferritin is 9. My biggest issues, besides being tired, lossing hair etc is my heart racing which affects me the most. Your higher pulse is probably also from iron deficiency. I didn't had the heart racing until my iron dropped so low... Greetings from Germany/Europe ❤

Hello! I know this can be a little nerve racking but once you get it in a few days/weeks all those symptoms will be corrected. I had a few treatment and I really feel better. 🙏🏾🙏🏾 let me know how it goes.

How are you? As promised a little update. After two infusions (first was fine, after the second I had head ache and I was naucisous) I had a blood test yesterday. Today my result was a ferritin of 105. It was at 9 three months ago. I hope it will stay there... We'll see.

Great video, I have been dealing with fatigue for years and was being prescribed vitamin D. Went to a hematologist and will be receiving my first iron infusion next week. Lord I hope this helps, this fatigue is affected my schooling and and job performance.

Yes I have mild palpitations to since December finally took all three iron infusions from the week of feb 22 and every other day after ! My last infusion was the 26 th which was yesterday and Saturday I feel bummed out tired fatigued lightheaded weak dizzy and mild heart palpitations but they say it takes a couple weeks for things to get back to normal! Only time will tell I just pray and hope the infusion help !❤️🙏🏾God bless everyone!🌹❤️🙏🏾

Hello Nurse Tisa. Years ago I had an infusion, it was infed dextran. My iron levels are an issue for me again and I've been looking up different treatment options. The infed had to administered with Benadryl. Is this the same process?

I did not have any Benadryl with it but the last treatment I had to get an Medose Pack afterwards. It did not go well like the first treatment
