How to play Transylvania by Iron Maiden. #ironmaidenguitarlessons
Released on the album Iron Maiden on 14 April 1980 in the UK.
Transylvania is a instrumental track and features Dave Murray and Dennis Stratton on guitars. Adrian Smith would join the band and the end of European tour in November 1980.
In this lesson I have covered all the main guitar parts apart from the guitar solos.

One of Iron Maiden's best tracks and great instructional clip, learnt to play this by slowing my tapeplayer down recording it then slowing it down again and then tuning the guitar down to match the key, way back in the late 80's

Great lesson and thank you very much! Can I make one constructive suggestion, point out if you're playing down picks in the rhythms. Some of the picking patterns are pretty tough in this one.
