I feel like the Mk. V was massively underrated. it was the first mobile suit that Tony made, in the sense that he could put it on without a hassle pretty much anywhere, sure it isn't the most durable suit, but it was never meant for that, it was meant for portability and in that case, the suit really is remarkable.

All we need left is a power source, holographic heads up display, and repulsor emitters capable of functional flight and we are golden. Our current tech level is capable of building a flightless Ironman though....

I'm interested in the mechanical design because I'm gonna start working on a full mark 5 suit, that folds into the suitcase....hopefully but couldn't find the diagrams /a teardown on this helmet. but I think they used a bigger servo for the entire face mask and small stepper motors for the small panels. such a cool helmet!

Just preordered the Killerbody version of this helmet from TW. I have Killerbody's previous MK7 helmet and it is kick ass! Not sure if I trust Autoking to deliver on these helmets, so I went for the Killerbody version which is due at the end of June. While wearing it in the closed configuration, do the eye pieces fog over? It would be difficult to imagine that they would not given that it fully encapsulates your entire head. Given how sophisticated it is, I'd like to believe that this issue has been mitigated in some way, like with a small ventilation fan, perhaps? Additionally, how does the illumination effect affect one's vision while looking through the lenses?

This helmet is sick, kinda don't like the brushed metal on the face plate. Kinda wish this came in different colours. (I know it's that colour to match the movie suit) Now I'm considering changing my mind on which Iron man helmet I buy.
