Tip: You can use wood filler to make the cardboard hard, then sand it when it gets hard , sand it until you get a smooth texture and after that spray it with primer and it depends on you oh how many coats you will do.After spraying some primer paint the helmet red and gold and don't forget to cover the parts with masking tape or any tapes when spraying it with paints

Yes, you could use the paper mache technique but it won't give you a super smooth finish unlike wood filler

Nope, you should not mix it with water, you should check the type of resin you are using before mixing it together and also its drying process depends on how much hardener you put in your resin Watch some tutorials here on KZbin about mixing resin so you can avoid some mistakes :)

I used a grey primer spray paint for the base coat then I sprayed the helmet with silver spray paint before spraying it with gold spray paint for the faceplate and red toner spray paint for the helmet to give it a metallic look :)

Tbh, I can't wear it because I resize the helmet to my exact head shape and I didn't add some allowance so lesson learned is that you should make it a little bigger for your head in order for you to wear it 😅

I hope you know you’ve earned my respect because I like 3-D printers but I don’t like it when people print stuff and call it their own talent like what the hell? you didn’t do anything you just had a robot do it for you. I used a grey primer spray paint for my base color then I coat everything with silver spray paint (it's better when you used a chrome silver Which is very reflective) then after that I used a red toner spray paint (if you don't apply a silver spray paint before applying red toner then it will not look good trust me) and for the gold color I just used a very common gold spray paint
