The suit is quite impressive. I think equally impressive is his weight didn't fluctuate so much over 10yrs that he had to redesign parts to fit.

There are many components to making an iron man suit. One place I discovered which successfully combines these is the Dichali Costume Creator (google it if you're interested) without a doubt the best resource that I have ever seen.Check out the incredible information .

@@BruceKenobi I have to say, pleased to see the detail, down to the elbow and popliteal (back) part of the knee joints. Om my build I spent a bit of time designing and building them also. A good many really well down armors I've seen lacked those parts, so they always looked incomplete, even though the rest of the build was top notch!. Kudo's!

This armor is clearly made with engineer knowledge, i like how every part is connected and not just hanging on to the body of the wearer, it looks like a complete structure on its own even empty being, what sets this armor apart from the rest is the attention to detail like the joints and their covers that dont seem to hinder mobility

I mean yeah it is possible but no one does it because there is nothing that can power an actual exoskeleton with metallic armor on top for a reasonable amount of time .. the mechanical features can be recreated to the millimeters but as of now you would need to be attached to a cable to move .. lithium batteries are not enough, also almost none of the weapons and propulsion are possible either on just battery .. so we can make it yes .. but it'll just be a wearable price of furniture attached to an outlet

I've been looking at the Mk3 files from DO3D and so many interesting things I spotted in the video. How they got a swivel / ring in the forearm pieces. The fingers! What sort of fabric or whatever glove material to get that just right! The forearm weapon is amazing. I wish there were some files to review of how other builders modded their pieces!

That's ironic coz Marvel Studio probably doesn't even have it this complete coz most of it is CGI, and the practical special effect suits probably is just made in parts specific to particular scenes

The biggest problem with cosplaying Iron Man is that his proportions are a bit unrealistic… but this guy pulled it off amazingly! Obviously it’s difficult for him to move but this is probably as good as it gets.
