@@andresitomg thanks man I appreciate that, all I did for the eyes to come out that smooth was simply use the ‘Fine’ profile in Cura slicer. Tweaked some small things like trees supports and put a 1.4 Wall thickness. Not a whole lot of a change

Awesome!1 I've been wanting to tray printing some sort of helmet or mask for awhile but all the involved painted processes have kept me from doing it. This one looks crazy simple and the weathering look seems pretty easy to achieve. I've got everything I need to make this already so I'm definitely gonna get the file and try it!

@@AbrakadaBaris just dialed it in over the years, but a lot of the work comes from the settings within your slicer. I upgraded to the newest version of Cura, and my results are coming out fantastic!

@@SenseiNoyng I always choose to hide Z seam and Smart hide. I NEVER see the Z seam when printing helmet that have a textured look. And yes, this is 1:1 scale, actually I just posted a KZbin short of me wearing it 😊 and thank you for watching!

Scaling is relatively easy many different ways. The easiest and most efficient is to download armorsmith. It will take your measurements and produce a 3D mannequin to scale any stl file over and auto-scale. Another way is the just measure point inside the helmet with your slicer where you would take measurements. It's more time consuming but easy.
