LET ME GUESS who is going to buy this painting... Robert D? I'm doing a painting of silver objects at the moment, but I don't even come close to the metal Marcello has painted here. Silver is murder to get right---at least for me---so I can really appreciate what he has accomplished here. I used to paint in oils but the neighbors complained of the smell, but it's interesting to see that Mr Barenghi started with acrylics and finished the painting in oils. I've got to try that---and I've got to try to get my silver as realistic has Marcello has done here. Good painting Marcello!!
