After breaking out of custody he makes his way to "Stark Island" to try to get Stark's help. Stark agrees to experiment on him although since Stark is currently rather evil and not particularly qualified that doesn't really go anywhere. It just leads to Junior being there to assist as Pepper tries to cure Stark's moral inversion. Junior reverts to human at the end and later reappears once more under the control of someone. SHIELD operatives disable the chip being used to control him, he's taken into custody by SHIELD and never seen again.
