This might sound weird: I have seen, say, Gordon Ramsey cook hundreds of things, but I still don't feel like I know what his cooking is really like. There's just something so authentic about the way Susur preps and cooks - maybe it's him, maybe it's the editing, or the ingredients he has used so far, I don't know. But I feel like I actually know what his cooking is like. I just really like watching these.

Bro me too. I love Gordon for his flair, but he's way too fast the way he talks and to see what he's doing. Especially the actual cooking/searing process. Also this man actually explains the small things that matter so much better. I pickup small culinary tips so much better.

Hey guys just want to say that I can see where you’re coming from but as a (very) amateur home chef I have been making different chefs recipes for a number of years…. I’ve just more recently come across Chef Lee, so haven’t tried any of his recipes….my point is of all the chefs I’ve tried recipes from…. GR’s ALWAYS work and the great thing I have found with his more simple home recipes is that there is a lot of room to add your own twist to them to suit yourself and your family. Just thoughts I’d mention that. Also I am drooling at these two king crab dishes…. But $400?? Just for the crab!!! I’m never going to be able to attempt this one. 😉
