Jet your dad was right that time. Lol “Wiz” is also used to refer to someone who is really good at something. “She’s a wiz at biology.” 🤓

Yes, but "Wiz" in that context is short for "Wizard."

I mean no offense, Im just another word nerd who also agrees dad was right, but It's whiz. It's also not shortened from wizard, its an onomatopoeia for the sound something makes when moving very fast, like a bullet. That eventually evolved into a slang term for someone quick or adept at something.

This time, I have something to say other than, "This all seems admirably nice and competent." One of my standard recipes consists of mushroom caps filled with something very like Mother Butter, baked at 350 until bubbling. Try it! My sister asked me to make this for her wedding and the caterers ate it in the kitchen.

I would love it if you would make this recipe gourmet. Fried Apples 1 apple per person cored, peeled, and cubed. Harder apples like granny smith apples work best, but use any apple you like. 1 tablespoon of butter per apple 1 teaspoon of brown sugar per apple 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon per apple A splash of brandy is optional Melt butter over medium heat Add cinnamon and brown sugar Add apples Add brandy Fry apples until tender. Serve over ice cream, drizzling sauce over top

Oh my goodness! I tried the tofu dish and it’s delicious! 😍 I personally don’t enjoy the texture of soft tofu, so I used extra firm, cut some cross-sections and put it in the microwave to warm it up, then topped with the sauce. I didn’t have black vinegar so I used 1.5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar instead. I will definitely be making this again. This sauce must be good on rice and dumplings, even marinated eggs also. It’s tangy, sweet, salty, nutty, a bit spicy, crunchy. Just beautiful! Thanks so much for these recipes Chef!

I love the second recipe! It's like you turned tofu into burrata🤤 The use of vinegar is similar when I make burrata. I chop red onion instead of spring onion. The main difference: I pour all that wine in my glass🍷 Tofu is lower calorie and higher protein than super soft cheese, plus it has that anti-aging characteristic😉

Ty Susur. The 1st reaction of the tofu tasting was priceless. 😅 The tofu recipe appealed to me, but I would use medium firm cubed tofu & fry it crispy instead. However, I think the way u made it would pair well w/ a quinoa salad. I'm backing off the parmesan a bit since it's getting real pricey. But if I do use it, I will make it in a dish where it really shines, like in a Caesar salad. Agape 💙
