To find the shopkeeper, whenever he moves: -enter chapel and take an immediate left -follow the path to the gnosis reading area -take the flight of stairs to the balcony -open all of the doors

Hangfire is also an outstanding gun. If you're a Destiny fan, you'll see it in everything. But basically hangfire is Malfeasance only you can proc on reload. It was the first gun I ever maxed.
