Why is ironman cascais 16h15 mins instead 17hrs.

@CarlosMendez-gd4im lots of Ironman courses have different Final Cut off times eg Hamburg, Barcelona, Cascais - reflects how “fast” the course is and mainly driven by local authorities only allowing road closures to a certain time
