I found your videos about 3-4 months ago when I first began training for my first Ironman 70.3 (Ironman 70.3 Pennsylvania in 2025) and I have learned a ton from watching your videos (though my paces are far from anything you’re putting up). It was cool to see this especially after moving from Utah to Erie, PA this past summer. I needed to find something new to invest my time in since the mountain biking doesn’t quite live up to Utah mountain biking. Love watching your videos, they keep me motivated and remind me to keep my mind in the game and enjoy the process.

I appreciate that a ton, that’s half the reason I enjoy doing this stuff. Just like sharing what I’m doing and hope others can find something to apply for themselves, even if it’s just motivation or entertainment. I love this sport! And good luck to you, heard that’s a great yet tough race with the elevation!

Also, if you haven’t yet, you should check out RaysMTB in Cleveland, especially for winter indoor riding. I know it’s nothing like Utah, but it’s a great time for what it is.
