What AHJ would allow the roof attachment to be lagged into the sheathing and not a framing member? not here in southern CA. 10:39, always a great idea to torque the bolt and not the nut. lol!!

Hey Jesse, thanks for chiming in! When using the Flat Roof Attachment, a third-party engineer is recommended for each project use case. It has many attachment style options depending on the roof. Also, we are torquing the bolt, but it may look like a nut due to the washer behind it. Hope you have a great week down in SoCal!
