so, I got the Ironsworn rules (they are free, why wouldn't I get them)... unfortunatetly it's kinda wild for me to set up everything and I do ot quiet now how to start my campaign rn... But this is sounding inane to me, so I can't wait to see what kinda chaos the endlessness of Space brings to this

Great stuff! I'm so glad you started this channel and I found it. I really like the interaction between the two of you and the audio is good so it doesn't distract away from anything. The thing I like best about watching these things is other people's interpretations, and with the two of you the discussion you have to formulate what it means to you is really fun and interesting. Expands my ideas on my games as well! Thanks keep up the great work.

You specifically mentioned one exact reason why I thoroughly enjoy solo gaming. I have primarily been the GM in the games I have played for the last three decades and one aspect I really enjoy is the element of being suprised in games. As the GM this feeling is greatly reduced because I create everything. Soloing, and using random generators for much of what drives the story arc, provides that sense of awe and wonder as the world and game are created around me. Great job on the video, you two are fun to listen to. please keep it up!

Thanks, I’m so glad it resonated with you. I’m specifically enjoying coop GM-less gaming because it levels the playing field. We’re ALL responsible for the story, characters, and surprises. I feel like this whole subgenre is ripe for innovation in our hobby. Thanks for being along for the ride.

I like your War discussion, that magic is the 'high tech'. With these generators, it's been said you don't have to take the generator results literally. Sometimes it can be an impression or less specific idea led by the results

Thanks and great point. I started to say the Master of the Universe tagline in that discussion: "Where Science Ends, Magic Begins!" We're both open to some weird blurring of science and magic. I think I expected more hard sf but I'm super into this idea!

@Go Forth, Adventurers! I had to make some custom tables in order to run Troika solo but after that the resolution and combat is so easy it runs like butter.
