Already made the mistake of getting married, but the one thing I'm going to do as a response to this cruel life where we men have no rights is not having children. I can't bring a child into a world where if he makes a mistake of choosing the wrong woman, he has no way out of it. The biggest human rights violation in this world is marriage itself.

In Australia divorce can be given in one month, if the parties consent, or if the respondent party fails to make the appropriate response to an application duly served.

Why should the parties even go to court to divorce. It should only make the judgement on papers, if say after two years separation and irretrievable, the parties must be given the relief. Pointless forcing the couple to live together when both or even one party does nnto want to remain in the marriage. Two years is more than enough to resolve one way or another. They must be able to move on, once the marriage is found to be unworkable.

Custody must be given to the party that can provide the children a decent life father or mother. The non custodial parent will have child visitation rights and may be liable for child maintenance costs to help the party with custody if necessary. The children must not be deprived of both the parents.

Also at the marrige register office, the couple need to produce a legal agreement of marriage terms and conditions to avoid such alligations accusations blackmails etc

The beauty of indian judiciary system is that it is generally laggard however it does not take impromptu quicker decisions where it is really needed. It reminds me of the story of 2 cat and monkey wherein the monkey takes benefit vice versa roles played by our legal system

Don't you think in india the concept of cruelty it self is skewed at present . I don't think that in the case where you called the case cruelty then divorce was granted Was correct " non compatibility " should not be cruelty for these courts I wish no fault divorce be made law where if either party doesn't want to live they could file divorce on no fault The court could give atleast 1-2months time to the party who has to shift and atleast 6 months time to find a job in case one of them is not working. This will save a lot of people from life long bitterness Why don't you make one more session on no fault divorce It need to be put into people's minds that divorce is not bad, and uncompatibility is not a crime
