See, in life there are always 2 aspects - one which is in our hand that we can control thru our actions and second which is outside our control... Now, lets imagine that there is a forest where there is a man eating tiger. And lets say if you fall infront of the tiger, you wont be alive. The first decision that you need to take is whether you would like to venture in the jungle at all - this is in your hand. Now, if you decide to enter in the jungle then you will encounter 2 situations which is " beyond your control" - a) you can safely cross the jungle b) you fall infront of the man eating tiger. And if you fall infront of the tiger, then it is not only you who will suffer, but those aged parents of yours will also suffer. Today those people who are pressurizing you will also suffer. Second no relative,or friends will stand beside you bcoz of the fear that they can also be roped in those legal cases.How? I dont know whether you know about the laws but 498A and the other sections which I call as " Diwali package" is seldom on the husband, husbands parents and family members are also roped in. Similar case in DV Act, 2005. Further, you may find yourself with not one but 4 maintenance order - under DV, under Sec 125 CrPc, under Sec 24 HMA and under HAMA. Its another thing that you need to fight pitch legal battle to pay maintenance in only one case. Second, if you are living in your parental home then under DV any girl ( not necessarily your wife, your live in partner as well) can get right to residence order. So, effectively though it may be your father's property, your father himself cannot sell it.The girl will take injunction from court. Third , if girl is clever and able to fake injury and get a Medico Legal report, then apart from the criminal cases, under DV, the girl will claim compensation starting from 10 lakhs and above ( sky is the limit). Lastly, let me tell you about a young marine engineer of your age ( around 30 years) that i meet in court. He had a " love marriage" of 4 years with a 2 year old daughter. The guy caught his lovely wife having an affair with her office boss. You know what that girl did? She lodged 498a etc - the standard Diwali package against the entire family , Sec 375 ( Rape) that of aged,ailing father in law, molestation against young,student brother in law ( who was studying in Pune and only came home during holidays) and further sec 377 ( unnatural sex) against husband and what worse used that 2 year old little girl and lodged POCSO Act against the father of the child i.e. husband stating that the man used to sexually exploit her own biological daughter. Now, you tell me , trial and everything will go on afterwards , first that man, his young brother and the aged ailing father will be immediately put to jail and getting bail will also be very difficult. In one stroke, the career of the man is finished, the career and life of the young brother is finished even before it started and God knows if the aged,ailing father will even survivethis at the end of his life. The demand of the girl - write one 3 bhk flat in her name and give 50 lakh in cash. Can you tell me which God can save this family? Even after long legal battle for years what will remain of the man? How much money the lawyers will make? He mentioned to me that im dead ,im just trying to save my father and brother and my mother. My idea is not to discourage you to get married but make you aware of the practical situation and the laws so that you can choose wisely. Good Luck !!

This is simply gut wrenching even listen to the Judicial atrocities against Husbands in India. I am at loss of words. The sheer audacity of feminist Judges to openly commit legal terrorism on husbands is appalling and outright crime. Men need to wake up and rally against it on national level. Where the hell the corrupt judicial and political nexus is taking India from family values and system. Marriage in India seems to be lifetime Horror show if it hits the steps of court.
