IRS Form 911 walkthrough (Request for Taxpayer Assistance)

It’s been 3 months and I still havent gotten assigned an advocate yet 😢

According to the form instructions: If you don't receive a response within 30 days of submitting Form 911, call 877-777-4778 for assistance. Do not submit multiple Form 911s for the same issue to different TAS offices, this will cause duplicate referrals.
