For those who were wondering why a R142A was running on the 5 line and didn't read the description, there was a G.O. where from 7 to 10 A.M., 5 trains were not running between 149 Street-Grand Concourse and East 180 Street. The Manhattan section used R142As from the 4 line since there was no direct access to East 180 Yard. When the G.O. was over, the R142A was kept on the 5 line until later in the day.
