I can sense a big battle this year between Jim and Tom Evans. Tom has made it no secret that UTMB is his single focus and Jim is well, Jim and probably unbeatable when he is at his best. Gutted Zach Miller isn't there too but I think it could be an exciting race again this year. I'm going to go against the grain and say Tom will take the win. And I'll almost certainly be wrong as usual but that's my pick 😂

The problem is Utmb is killing off all the runner-owned races just to make profit. They swallowed up a really cool mountain trail race here in so cal big Bear lake last year. It’s a circus now. And on top of that, the entry fees are now double what they were before It was a utmb branded race.
