Irwindale was one of the nicest short tracks I've ever been to. Palm trees, picnic tables, shade, etc and a modern facility. I enjoyed the 4 times I went. RIP Irwindale

NASCAR literally forced to bake a cake. And everyone is cheering for that. Not that I'm supporting NASCAR's monopoly. But if I were NASCAR, I would simply drop all charters system altogether. And put teams back on pay by performance basis. NASCAR is a monopoly, that willingly providing guaranteed payouts for people who ready to show up every Sunday. I definitely see the "monopoly" side of: hey guys, we need you to show up, so we ready to pay you X amount for that. Anything above is performance bonuses. Soooooo monopolistic

If yes, how does NASCAR is a monopoly since there is at least 5(I'm not american, bet you can name couple dozens) independent, competitive racing (!!!) series? 🤔 Reeeeeee: nooscar is a monopoly! @@darrelladams4188 those are not a "stock cars". Those are mono chassis series. Just as any other, for example indycar. Indycar, just as NASCAR is a monopoly in it's specific category, no doubt. However they are not a monopoly per se. They do not dominate the racing market. There at least two giants that is on each others back. Plus bunch of lesser competitors. This lawsuit is laughable. Because I don't respect people who come to already going party and start to say how party should go. If you don't like the party, go find yourself another party. You absolutely free to do so. World does not end on american border. Especially for someone like MJ. He definitely can and able to start a racing team anywhere in the world. That's nothing but a money grab. Or attempted raider overtake, by venture capital that stands behind the team. I'm sure MJ is wealthy. But definitely not $2B spare money wealthy to be able to buy baseball team. So there is some private equity... I just don't know who.

When NASCAR did the Busch North vs NASCAR West all star races, they were fantastic. Such great racing! Plus that track has been in so many films and movies. But, California hates racing so, build another warehouse. I prefer how High Limit is ran vs WOO. WOO is run more like NASCAR and High Limit is run more like a CARS Tour. I still wish both series would ditch the dash races. Complete waste of time.
