It's safe to say I'm obsessed with my new corgi puppy, (a welsh pembroke tri colour corgi for those wondering). Even though it's only been a short time, after doing lots of research I found some of these tips to be really effective at training a puppy / corgi quickly, the quicker the better I suppose (this is also my second dog so some of these things have worked before for me)! I also really wanted to shoot this before he I left for NYC again so apologies if it seems all a bit 'soon' for sharing my tips. Will update if anything comes about!

We just got our Corgi, and this was very helpful. We're shocked at how fast she is learning too. I expected to be potty training her for weeks, but within two days she 'gets it' even after being very sick and unable to control her #2's.

👉One more advice, please please understand that dogs are for a long run and if you're planning on moving out in future or you're not sure about your life career vise don't take the dog. In my country there are a lot of abandoned dogs and it's heartbreaking because dog can not understand that you needed to move away or switch the job and that you don't have any more time for him/her 😢😟 👇 SERIOUSLY PEOPLE: dogs are the best and the easiest loving "thing" on this planet! So love them & let them make you a better person ✌️✌️✌️

My brother has an 8 months old doberman and since day one he always goes straight to my ankles 😑😑. Those baby teeth are no joke! In the last few months, I've learnt to grab him from the neck skin to make him stop, but he's so freaking excitable and strong hahha. Having raised two humans I can honestly say raising a puppy is harder as there is no end in sight he will Never be independent and He will never go to school and no employer will give you financial help towards minders. It's a huge commitment don't do it if you don't have 15 years to devote.

You’re really good with the little guy. Until he’s had all of his shots he really shouldn’t be out in public though. Parvo is especially contagious and lives on the ground for months. Check with your veterinarian for recommendations. I was just about to look for some information on safely socializing a pup. My son just got a 2 month old corgi and I can’t wait to be able to travel so I can visit them.
