I had to come back to this video to comment again - such good tips and makes a world of a difference for me. I rented my place out recently and felt the need to cleanse it when I returned. I called in my angels and it was so powerful! The protective sphere is also amazing. definitely! I can eat red meat here again and it's no problem (I find it so hard to digest usually I have it less than 5 times a year!)
