Adam’s sin brought death and mortality to all of mankind along with the knowledge of good and evil. There is nothing man can do on his own to get eternal life back from God. God has graced us with eternal life through faith in Jesus. That is all.

THEIR (little children's angels) angels behold the face of the FATHER, NOT little children behold the Father's face in heaven. Matthew 18:10 KJV Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.

The lack of knowledge of law is ignorance of sinning,,, but once knowledge of the law is understood and then transgressed, it's then imputed (applied to the quilty),,, God will visit of the sins of parents, because they are not teaching the children to follow God and his ways,,,, chastising a child is a way of showing love to it,,,,,, no I'm not saying to beat a child,,, taking away of it's privilege's has strong influence on the child in seeing it's error,,, reward for good, take away for punishment.

So my question after that answer is why does everyone sin and why will everyone sin who is born in the future?
@kristenspencer9751 Жыл бұрын
Because we are all descendants of Adam. From Adam came all the people in the world. When Adam sinned, his entire inner nature changed. He passed that sin nature down to his kids and their kids, and their kid's kids....on down to you and me and everyone who is born with a sinful nature. (Romans 5:12). When Jesus died on the cross, he bore the sins (wicked deeds/thoughts) of the whole world in His body. And He also took on our sin nature, as if He was the sinful one. When someone puts their faith in Christ and believes that He forgives them of all sin past, present and future, God does something astounding! He no longer sees you as a sinner. He sees you as a perfectly righteous child of His! (2 Corinthians 5:21) The Bible says we are a "NEW CREATION" by God's power. (2 Corinthians 5:17) The Bible says Jesus gives us His Righteousness. However, we still live in a fallen sin-filled world. We still do sinful things, have sinful thoughts, habits we pick up in life. But God gives us power through His Holy Spirit who lives inside us when we are saved..to HELP US change and become more like Christ. We gradually begin to sin less and have a new desire to be Holy. So sinful ways, and habits and speech begin to fall off. Some people who do get saved, do not allow God to do this work in them, so it seems like they do not change at all even though they are a professing Christian. But that's not pleasing to God, either. We are all accountable, but God LOVES US and wants the best for us.

how about this - some believe that Adam's sin is imputed at the moment of conception. How's that sit with you? Then, think about this - Adam's sin nature is imparted at the moment of conception. At the age of accountability, because he has Adam's sin nature - he will eventually commit sin. Everyone sins because they received Adam's sin nature at the moment of conception

God created us good right? Scripture says sin is transgression of the law right?
@kristenspencer9751 Жыл бұрын
God initially created us in His image. But that image was tarnished when sin entered the World. Sin is whatever is NOT in the image of God. It includes deeds we do, thoughts, motives, lifestyle. The 10 commandments is a "picture" of Holiness, and thus to go against it is to be un-holy. But the 10 commandments were not given to us in order that we keep them...for that is impossible! That's why in the Old Testament the people had to sacrifice a lamb. The lamb covered their sins for 1 year. Then they had to sacrifice again the following year. And so on and so forth. When Jesus came, He was the perfect LAMB of God who takes away ALL sin past present and future for all who believe. Then, He gives us power to live differently...and even though we will still commit sin, we have the desire to allow Christ to conform us and in Heaven...to completely transform us to that "image" he initially created in the garden.

So if the wages of sin is death, and children are sinless, why do children die, even in the womb?
@kristenspencer9751 Жыл бұрын
Children are NOT sinless, they are considered "innocent"...meaning they do not have a conscious sense of what sin is. (which is what this guy explained). Because sin entered the World and made it a "Fallen" world, there is death in the world. Children get sick and die. Things do not go right in the human body and babies in the womb can be miscarried. Even have conditions in which babies have a very brief life and die in a few days or even hours after being born. That is the sad, tragic result of sin. However, all those babies...even the ones aborted by their own mother...even ones so tiny they are expelled by the "morning after" pill...all those babies go to be with the Lord in heaven and we will meet them some day.

So children can’t sin?
@kristenspencer9751 Жыл бұрын
I don't hear him saying that children do not sin. They are often not conscientiously aware of sin. A baby screams for attention. Mom or dad try to lay the baby down in his crib and he screams and cries b/c he wants to be held. To be the center of attention. That's the sin nature. Every parent has to go thru this. They are told to let the baby cry himself to sleep. To teach him that the world does not revolve around him. (unless there is something wrong...sickness, hunger, pain, discomfort) The Bible says: "In my mother's womb, I was conceived in sin". God is just. He knows and does what is right.

Adams sin... is the sin of the flesh... the map of the flesh is DNA... So from Adam the sin is in the DNA of man.... So therefore all Adams offspring is DNA programmed with sin in it... We now have the propensity to sin... In animals it's called "instinct"... Mans instinct is to sin against God.... Which causes death... just like the animals... Welcome to the world of the flesh... We now have a way to defeat death from sin.... or shall it be better put ... We now have "salvation" from the DNA programming of Adam.... It is above and superior to the flesh.. It is the "SPIRIT" of God given to us generously by Jesus..... YAY!!
@thedoormichaelpearl5 жыл бұрын
Sin is not programmed into our DNA, but we are all born with certain lusts and desires. Adam had these drives even before he sinned, and they aren't evil of themselves, they are just amoral-lust will desire something regardless of whether it is right. It is when we, like Adam, allow our lust to conceive with opportunity when it is contrary to God's will, that sin is brought forth. In Christ we are freed from the battle with our affections and lusts, because our flesh has been put to death with the body of Christ on the cross, and so we are dead to sin but alive unto God.

@@thedoormichaelpearl I agree with the second paragraph but not the first one....The flesh is corrupt.... @@thedoormichaelpearl Let me put it this way...... Before John the Baptist was born The Lord knew him and consecrated him... The Lord knew who we were before we were born too... We were not corrupt then.... Then because of Adams sin the flesh bacame corrupted and dies.... and is passed down to our flesh by DNA... and if our spirit that The Lord knew before we were born was to live in the flesh house grown from the seed of mans corrupted DNA it would have to become corrupt with it or suffer greatly... So far as I know only Jesus over came the flesh that was corrupted by Adams sin.... In my opinion of course....
@JordanCole.SaltandLight2 жыл бұрын
A problem I see with your argument is that you basically said our flesh is corrupt now so we have the desire to sin. Adam also had the desire to sin before he committed the act. He made a choice to act on his desire just as we do. So wouldn’t you say Adam had the propensity to sin? Adam and Eve weren’t influenced by any temptation beforehand until the serpent tempted them. They didn’t know what temptation was thus had no opportunity to demonstrate their propensity to sin. It makes sense then that they were able to stay pure until then. The potential desire to sin and the power to choose it was there. Satan played with their desires and tried to persuade them with his words. They chose to give in the their desires. So the desire was already there like we have today. Satan devised many temptations for us and we tend to give in to them like Adam and Eve. It says in Revelation he was successful at deceiving the whole world. Not that it’s His fault but we simply choose to give in. This is an intricate subject and I don’t claim to have the definitive answer in it’s entirety but this is my contribution to the argument. It rings true to me.

you are pretty close - the only thing you are confused about is the kind of death that occurs. There is spiritual death and there is physical death. Most think that death only refers to physical death. Sometimes it is physical death and other times it is spiritual death.

Huge problems here.... the imputation of sin is transgression of God's law. God's word clearly and repeatedly says that God only gave his law to Isreal ONLY, NOT ALL Mankind...you don't have a single verse that clearly says all mankind was imputed with the transgressions or sin.. thus as romans 5:13 says sin was in the world but wasn't imputed till the law, meaning there was people who sinned in the world but it wasn't imputed to them because they weren't under law.. so tell me what law imputed us today that we're sinners in need of Isreal's salvation.. show me a verse that says we're supposedly under a law that was only given to isreal(psalms 147:19&20)... as I said there's huge issues here. The bible is Isreal's story of redemption and we've been reading ourselves into their story for some 2000 years now. The "end" came in 70ad and all that was written was fulfilled at that time.
