I’ve been a 12 step guy for 14 years. The addictive personality is dominated by resentment and fear. Extreme examples of these undesirable character traits used to be reserved for the severely addicted. Now I observe the majority of ‘sober’ humans suffering the same demise without ever taking a drink or drug. If you are listening to your peers for direction in early childhood you are doomed.

It truly seems to be at times! I am actively addicted to eating, drinking water and having sex! I simply am powerless!

I know this is not an ideal situation, but can I use Zolpidem to help with the discomfort of benzo withdrawal? Or am I hitting the streets?
