It's just a guess though to be on the safe side. I tried 100+ with one site every day until I got to 25,000+ articles and had no issues. I tried 1,000+ per day with another and got deindexed by Bing, but Google was slow to index.

You asked and answered a lot of great questions. I have one though. Instead of paying a human creator using AI, why wouldn't google just do it internally? I'm sure they have AI that's orders of magnitude better than what we have access to. They could just select a category and have AI make similar content, and promote it over human made content.

Great video, but at least in my experience, even using an excellent humanized prompt, with images, videos, etc., and employing RankMath AI, it’s challenging to see any improvement in the SERPs... and especially in Discover. I'm really Angry on those people who was promoting AI content just like you've mentioned in the video (julian Goldie). But guess what it's own website is now completely deindexed from Google. Another example was (Jesse Channinghum) who was actually doing it openly. Even the biggest reason for the March core update was mass production of AI written content. But the result is, those websites also been affected who didn't use Ai. I think we have to change our strategy shifting our focus from AI generation to actually investing time and energy to creating content for real people (which is in my opinion long-term benefit for that investment). We can Use AI, but we were using AI the wrong way and the results you're seeing now.

If AI content is valuable, you are not. It destroys meritocracy and turns people into middlemen. At the very least, its usage should be designated if it becomes a large part of what's created. Otherwise, there's little to strive for in content creation. It becomes soulless drudgery with nothing more than a $ sign in front of you.

Maybe Google can’t detect AI content but guess who can? Humans. When we clearly see AI content on a site, we will bounce. That sends a signal to Google that the content sucks. Hence your rankings will go down because people don’t vibe with your AI jargon.
