A very complex and sophisticated calculation, of course, but at the end of the day, all chatbots and the like do is calculate the most likely "correct" answer based on the variables presented to it. It's not even forming a coherent sentence or even considering the logic or purpose behind it, which is how you end up with misshapen multi-fingered hands; the "AI" isn't trying to create a hand, it's generating a finger next to another finger, because it's been told that is where fingers belong. I am a right winger and I’m typically pretty conservative with my usage of the term pardon the pun, while woke can be used to blanketly encompass most facets of critical theory be it historical, economic, racial, etc., I think it more apt to describe it as The sort of self-serving largely performative socially left wing activism that corporations have been undertaking for utterly inexplicable reasons for the last 10 years or so.
