I also think a big part of it is that Airbnb owners are charging astronomical prices for cleaning fees. And sometime hotel rooms or suites are a better deal so I think we need to circle back on that and I’ll come together collectively and make a decision on what a good price point would be for a cleaning fee.

ty. Have you done a video of what % of bookings come from where. What payout % does reach take. Bottom line results.

For our business we get about 40% from Airbnb, 5% VRBO, 10% other OTAs and the rest are direct. They anywhere from 5-15%.
