Best tip i can give. Drop tons of motion trackers. A lot. All over the place and stacks at far corners and by arc/apc points. This will make life a lottttt easier by diverting enemies away constantly. This isnt a kill everything all day game. It will eat you alive if you try.

I agree. I always use the first expedition as a scouting party. I just put down Motion trackers with that squad do some of the beginning objectives for then the second expedition I send in my ace team to do the rest of the objective.

@@RobertPerez862 not gonna lie I easily drop 50/100 trackers per map. I put clusters of 4 until I had five dudes then 5 stacks alllllll over the place. Really saves you on the inside and underground sections

Best RTS I've played in a very long time. Atmosphere and Gameplay are top notch and it feels incredibly replayable. I love leveling them up and approaching missions in different ways or taking shortcuts i didn't know the first time around.

I love this absolutely aggravating game. The later parts where there are just constant roamers, eggs and sleepers, definitely dont feel like they want you to win. Gotta love when the tracker overload does absolutely nothing and ruins planning

I find that when you get spotted it’s the best time to just say “let’s rock” and kill as many sleeping drones and eggs as possible

The game is fantastic, I hope they deepen the character leveling and add multiplayer. The Tech class seems underwhelming when they require engineering tools and they can easily add depth (to all the classes) and free up the requirements for welding and making a turret a thicc boi.

@Letsgojoe63 the tense moodwith the music, and squad chatter and movement, seems to feel cool like fsw yh. Just wish dark decent had a lil more tactical choices, it seems pretty basic, no individual movement, and orders, and abilities seem pretty limited, especially tactically. And environment doesn't seem to vary much tactically too, idk. Hope for a sequel with more depth mb. Its on my wishlist for sure, just waiting for a lower price still. Reminds me also of freedom fighter hehe, another squad game that felt cool.

@@jacquesjtheripper5922 the sentries and drones are like squad 2 and 3.. but yeah it would be cool if you had 2 or 3 squads to move.. and some sort of Diablo like mission generator.. the maps are big and interesting but the replayability is still not as high as it should be.. honestly i think it was my GOTY though but I haven't played TOTK or Spiderman. Then again Baldurs Gate 3 is crazy.. only played like 20 hours though haven't had time

Yeah i have encontered 5 bugs util now, 2 about ny marines getting stuck in certain places and not getting out of it, 1 infinite loopd o slodiers with no alarm or something atracting them to my region and soldor inside the ground making impossible to kill them anr always shootong me and atracting enemies to the place and for last the sound dont atract aliens or not detection of them, i was in trird planet having a mission inside a hive on the stealth

I absolutely love this game. Sneaking around hoping you don’t get seen is so intense. Once you do get caught you are in a desperate fight for survival hoping you can kill them all before they take one, if not all of your team. My favorite thing to do once I find a place of major engagement is to set up so many mines that my bullets are just icing on the cake. It’s the only way to be sure.

"To kill as many aliens as possible to survive"? You are out of your mind. If you do that, you will increase the Alien Aggressiveness, making each deployment hard because as the Alien Aggressiveness goes up from Easy, Medium, to Hard, more Xenos will appear in the mission and the category 2 Xeno (Crusher) will also roam.

Game is amazing. It’s definitely worth buying very fun and immersive,lots of customization also. The levels are complex and hard. Later on in the game they are extremely hard especially on extreme difficulty. Motion trackers mind of steel,redemption,pouch’s and ammo are main perks. Great game

Those Games capture almost Perfect every Horror that the Movies had and gave it some iconic Moments. Who is hyped for Alien Isolation 2? ^^

Short answer: Yes Long answer: It's going to be a blast for fans of the series but you can be totally new to the series and pick this up. Buggyness is an issue though, so be patient with it and pay attention to your autosaves.

It’s brilliant I think it is the first game to really nail the vibe and atmosphere of the ‘aliens’ film. The gameplay, the atmosphere and surroundings were just incredible and all the mechanics and many different enemy types. It was brilliant for me. A bit buggy and I must admit personally that ending was iffy and left me with many questions. But overall I loved it 8/10, if it wasn’t buggy at times it be a 9/10 Short answer, pick up this game right away

I recommend playing on easy mode at the beginning (although I think it's medium) to learn the mechanics of the game and how the xeno attack works. Because at an medium mode, you will suffer and cry, asking God "why me!" you can try hard mode after 200 hours of play

Only thing I’m not liking is that it can be a pain trying to figure out what marine I’m giving orders to . Like if I want to lay down suppressing fire with two marines in the rear it can be tough making sure I’m on the right one . I also wish giving orders was a lil smoother .

I love the concept of the game and the gameplay itself but it has serious issues. 1, the bugs are horrible. marines getting stuck in the environment, stuck in infinite loops, or 1 marine goes through a door but the others are stuck outside unable to go through said door. or my personal favorite bug, you can't pick up a data pad cause it's not letting you interact with it despite the fact that the map shows I'M STANDING ON TOP OF THE DERN THING! 2, the horrid FPS drop. turns the game into a slide show. 3, lack of customization options. fireteam elite had far more customization options. But I loooooove the atmosphere and the tension. it's awesome. if it wasn't for the things mentioned above the game would be better

My only trouble has been occasional frame drops on PS4 and later on PS5 … and I got stuck on Pharos Spire , made it to the dog fight cutscene but only had one marine left alive so I had to completely start the game over 😂 I went in guns blazing Vasquez style and ended up running down the doomsday clock

It’s great until u get to the end. So the game is crazy hard but then u get to the final boss and it’s just a walkthrough and not only that u don’t use the marines you’ve spent ages rescuing from missions and leveling up. Plus u can’t go back through and finish any side missions u didn’t do as it finishes at the last save spot before the final boss and there’s no way off going back to earlier missions.
