Is All of Westfield Indiana New?

Is all of Westfield Indiana new? This is a question that comes up more than you might think. Westfield Indiana has existed for a very long time actually. However, this small town north of Carmel and Indianapolis was a very tiny farming community for most of its existence. Westfield Indiana really began to grow in the early 2000's like a large number of other small towns across the country. And, as Carmel grew to meet Westfield's southern border... Westfield was then off to the races. Given this history is all of Westfield new? Or at least fairly new? The answer is simple... a great majority of Westfield today is less than 20 years old. But, you can still find some areas that are older than that. We'll explore that in this video.

I live right next to Westfield’s downtown and at the end of the summer they bulldozed half of the buildings and idk what is going there. Construction is going well for the new mixed use building going in north of the park

I hate how Westfield has changed even in the last 3 years. It has grown so much that the roads cant keep up with the growth

Not yet at least. There will be some big construction projects in the near future to help. It will be painful in some parts for a while though.
