I actually caught a white van pointing a Satellite at my home. Eventually I decided to ask a neighbour and she told me they are looking for a murderer. Still it is so bizzare they were parked in front of my house and took off only when they saw I saw them like they got caught doing something wrong. I believe this type of thing is illegal. I became a target from the moment I moved next to a Predator Cop neighbor who started stalking my children to school & every where they went. He initiated an illegal investigation on my family & after finding nothing, he proceeded to illegally record my landlind conversations in an attempt to gather more private information on us. At the same time he & his wife would invite me over for drinks in their jacuzzi & invite my kids over to their pool. He deliberately would trespass my property on multiple occasions. He would cone outside & write down the license tags of any one who would visit us. Soon after my mail & post office mail was being opened & resealed glue. Then he was visiting my friends & claiming some bogus problem on their street, but he wanted to know whom I was visiting. Then they hacked my wifi, acessing my email & text msgs. They enrolled me & my family into their "Targeting Campaign" made up of teams trained to stalk, gaslight, harass & violating my privacy further. They went door to door but skipped my door & the door of those related to me. They proceeded to recruit other neighbors to do similar tactics aka "Community Stalking". Vandalizing external property, throwing objects at my bedroom windows at 4am, unlocking my back door while we were sleeping. Setting up bogus calls so that the police would come to my location to stop & question me, some of them were just as puzzled as I was. The abuse & wicked tactics continue from the moment I moved here over 17yrs ago. They continue to take pics & video taped of #my family & have also taken pics of my grandkids too while they continue to keep track of them as well. It's wicked & demonic!

If the helicopter tried to hide those inside, it could mean it was privately owned. Receipts and taxes would've been necessary to the purchase and maintenance of the helicopter. Witnesses. Because legal helicopters would've had recorded flight paths and documentation to rule out the legal ones. So if anyone or anyone in the air witnessed it, it would help finding answers.

I have been experiencing this type of weapon being used against myself and my family for years. Sensations of elevated heart rate, burning of the skin, unusual sounds heard by individuals that no one else hears, ringing in the ear, blurry vision, dizziness, etc. I have also felt anger and mood swings as a result of these sensations. The energy experienced is definitely directed, coming from a specific direction. This is not a new phenomenon, but has been around for over 30 years. I believe that I have lost family members due to illnesses caused by long-term exposure to these weapons. Not only have we experienced this directed energy in our homes, but also in hotel rooms and other locations such as outdoors. At first I thought this energy might be sonic, but now that I have seen the reports from experts on the Cuba incident, I believe the energy must be directed RF/microwave. In any case, it can pass through walls and is not easily blocked. I realize that others might find this phenomenon to be hard to believe, but I have experienced and seen the effects of this weapon first hand. I am not imagining this and am actually glad to see this reporting is confirming that I am not alone in experiencing these effects. I speak in the first person because I have tried to convince my own family about what is happening but they can't believe it. It got out in the USA sometime in the late 1970's or early 1980's in the greater Cleveland Ohio area. It has the capability to hear and see everything around that individual. It can, once activated, knock out an individual. There is a high pitch sound that the individual hears. I know how crazy this sounds, there are a lot of of paranoid and delusional people who might have similar stories, but after hearing about ultrasonic weaponry being used in China , I wondered if I had been exposed to to similar technology. One night i was in my room when across the street I started to hear very loud booming bass from a car stereo or something. the sound got lower in tone but I could feel it in my body, as if it was going to shatter my skull. I watched the activity at the house, it seemed like a bunch of people were having a party and just playing loud music , but I just had the feeling something else was going on. It scared me so much i called the police to go and check out the place. The police arrived and were scanning the place inside and out looking for people in hiding or something. Suddenly all of these people (mexican , whom I have nothing against , just that's who they were) came streaming out of the house , some tried to flee but the cops went after them. They rounded them up and took a lot of people away. it was the strangest experience. I'm wondering if the Mexican people could be using this kind of technology to try to torment american citizens. There are currently small battery operated Micro Wave detectors on the market to detect leakage of your home Micro wave stove. It wouldn't be that difficult to manufacture these same detectors with an alarm system built in to protect our diplomats. These battery operated hand held alarm systems would let them know that they are being targeted, and give them time to escape. These Micro Wave detectors would protect them while awake or while asleep.

I am an American living in Riga, Latvia and have been experiencing what seems to be this type of attack from the neighbors in the apartment below us. It's like a muscle stimulator that goes in a straight line and can pass through the floor, concrete, etc. The only thing that I've found that helps is thick foam yoga mats, but it takes about 20 layers to block the pain frequencies. It's 24/7,ive tried to report to authorities but either nobody believes me or there's not enough evidence to breach their privacy. It's a very real thing though, I'm just not important enough for there to be a real investigation.

LRAD = long range acoustic device. You cannot target individuals with LRAD. Unless they're the only person nearby. Very rudimentary weapon compared to microwave tech, but can be used for crudely similar things.
