They went door to door but skipped my door & the door of those related to me. They proceeded to recruit other neighbors to do similar tactics aka "Community Stalking". Vandalizing external property, throwing objects at my bedroom windows at 4am, unlocking my back door while we were sleeping. Setting up bogus calls so that the police would come to my location to stop & question me, some of them were just as puzzled as I was. The abuse & wicked tactics continue from the moment I moved here over 17yrs ago. I have been experiencing this type of weapon being used against myself and my family for years. Sensations of elevated heart rate, burning of the skin, unusual sounds heard by individuals that no one else hears, ringing in the ear, blurry vision, dizziness, etc. I have also felt anger and mood swings as a result of these sensations. It got out in the USA sometime in the late 1970's or early 1980's in the greater Cleveland Ohio area. It has the capability to hear and see everything around that individual. It can, once activated, knock out an individual. There is a high pitch sound that the individual hears. I think I was able to find an article that where it talked about these weapons being documented since the end of world war 2. I have been experiencing this type of weapon being used against myself and my family for years. I’m in Columbus Ohio and since I’ve moved back here February 2022 it started with my upstairs neighbors the man just was released from prison to be an informant and his girl works in the mental health field . They walked around upstairs corner to corner, wall to wall zapping me . It feels like I’m getting tasered with lasers . I know they can hear me, see me and they are also watching me . Every room I walked into trying to get away from it , I hear their footsteps following me . It’s a 24/7 torment . When I’m trying to sleep I’m constantly getting woke up by something crawling underneath my mattress, the bed becomes super hot and I start to feel as My body is on fire and about to combust . The slates underneath my matter has big burn marks everywhere. They are trying to fry me from the inside out On one occasion when I put my feet on the floor while experiencing the center of my skull super hot , I went to get a big glass of water to throw on the wood floor , as soon As I threw the water on the floor , fire balls arose off the floor everywhere, where it left long deep scorch marks all over the wood floor . As I’m not making any sound throwing water on the floor I hear someone running around in the upstairs apartment moments later something running down the stairs they ran so hard they knocked an oversized wall picture off my wall . When I looked out the window I saw the upstairs neighbors man running down the walkway having a big pair of ear phone across his ears and a computer bag around his shoulders,he bypassed his vehicle to run down the street , he kept looking back as it someone was chasing him . He had so much fright in his face . When he saw me watching him out my window he stopped running then he walked down the alley way and disappeared. I know he was watching me downstairs from the upstairs apartment. When he saw me throwing water on the floor , He thought the house was going to catch fire . It was a sight to see . One Good victory for man kind . Two weeks ago I found somewhere to move and now it’s starts all over again . The landlord and neighbors are in on it . I have so much proof . I have to make several different copies of the same thing and pass it around to different people because They delete and erase my evidence. If there wasn’t nothing to hide they would never worry about what I document. They want me isolated and alone so they can torment me where there’s no witnesses. I want my life back . They feel as if I’m not allow to live . I’ve wrote the governor the mayor nobody cares. I Make police reports for them only get erased . This city doesn’t care . Everyone’s life should matter And every time I speak to tell people what is happening to me they come harder with their torment devices. No if it was their family their friends they would want somebody charged and prosecuted and sentenced for the crimes. The city has advocate against stalking bullying violence they have a kit for equal rights and equal opportunity but it’s all a show it’s a masquerade is fake news. I am an American living in Riga, Latvia and have been experiencing what seems to be this type of attack from the neighbors in the apartment below us. It's like a muscle stimulator that goes in a straight line and can pass through the floor, concrete, etc. The only thing that I've found that helps is thick foam yoga mats, but it takes about 20 layers to block the pain frequencies. It's 24/7,ive tried to report to authorities but either nobody believes me or there's not enough evidence to breach their privacy. Would any of the victims say that, if they were in public (somewhere outdoors, the city, like the general public) if they were in public that they felt that tinitas attack, would they feel more vulnerable to being mugged. I know how crazy this sounds, there are a lot of of paranoid and delusional people who might have similar stories, but after hearing about ultrasonic weaponry being used in China , I wondered if I had been exposed to to similar technology. They rounded them up and took a lot of people away. it was the strangest experience. I'm wondering if the Mexican people could be using this kind of technology to try to torment american citizens. I don't know, I admit it sounds really crazy but I keep hearing more and more about the use of "voice to skull" technology. i didn't hear voices, just a low rumbling bass sound that made me feel very uneasy. i believe these people are victims of some kind of similar weaponry. There are currently small battery operated Micro Wave detectors on the market to detect leakage of your home Micro wave stove. It wouldn't be that difficult to manufacture these same detectors with an alarm system built in to protect our diplomats. These battery operated hand held alarm systems would let them know that they are being targeted, and give them time to escape. These Micro Wave detectors would protect them while awake or while asleep.
